Dr. Ross and his staff are the consummate professionals. From the time I called to make an appointment to the time I left the office, I was treated with the utmost care, attention, and respect. Dr. Ross explained treatment options thoroughly and even showed me how to take better care of my teeth. This is a dentist who truly cares, and I highly recommend him.

Dr. William Ross completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 2008 after receiving a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
Dr. Ross keeps his education current by continuing to take courses on new technology and techniques in dentistry. He stays up to date in the dental field through his affiliation with the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. In 2008, Dr. Ross became certified in Invisalign treatment, which is an orthodontic alternative to metal braces. With his education, clinical experience, and passion for improving oral and physical health, Dr. Ross has perfected smiles and increased confidence in children, adolescents, and adults of all ages.

My uncle met Dr. Ross at a business network group and recommended him to me. Since then grandparents and I have been impressed with his attitude and performance. His office is small but clean and comfy with a personable staff.
He worked efficiently filling cavities while I was in relative comfort, explaining simply each procedure and action he was about to do so that I would understand and be somewhat involved.
I also respect that he does not push any treatment plans on patients but rather explains options that patients have the consequences of going through or not going through with them.

A wonderful introduction to the dentist for my 4 year old son. Dr. Ross walked him around the office and let him see all of the tools. Very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend!

I never used to like visits to the dentist before, but ever since I started seeing Dr. Ross I look forward to my visits. Everything is explain thoroughly and clear. With all the treatment advice and suggestions, I have felt and seen a difference in my teeth. There is less discomfort with every visit. I would definitely reccomend Dr. Ross, great staff as well.
