Dr. Hurtt is very personable and very smart. He has helped me with all dental issues that have come up over the years and I love that he embraces the newest technology. My hygenist is extremely thorough and detail oriented. The office is convenient and has lots of close parking.

I was born in Rochester, PA and grew up in Beaver PA. I attended undergraduate school at Allegheny College in Meadville, PA with a BS in Chemistry. My dental education was at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA with a DMD in 1985. I served in the US Navy as a dental officer being stationed at Parris Island, SC, The USS Coral Sea CV-43 and NAS Willow Grove in PA.
I went into my current private practice in 1992. And I have been a solo practitioner since. I have been active in Boy Scouts of America for over 15 years and enjoy golf, skiing, which I have shared with my wife Lynne and my three sons Justin, Nathan and Aaron.
I am an accomplished restorative dentist having received additional training and the Pankey Institute, Dawson Center for Advanced Dentistry and the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. I am pleased to provide CEREC same day crowns, composite restorations, the placement and restoration of dental implants, Routine endodontic treatment and oral conscious sedation. I am currently participating in the Misch Institute for further implant surgical training. My technologies are CEREC same day crowns and digital impressions, digital radiographs and state of the art sterilization. My patients are primarily from the Brighton, Henrietta and Pittsford areas but I have patients that travel from out of state for their care.
My goal is to partner with patients to improve their health through building a relationship of trust and caring so that each individual moves towards health at the pase they are most comfortable. We work with each patient to make the appropriate treatment affordable to them. The nicest thing a patient has said is that I took the time to are and listen to their needs and became a partner with them in their care.
