Dr. W. Michael Princell is the best, and I love Dana my hygienist as well. They are very conscientious, efficient, and prompt to fix any dental issues that come up, and work with me on whether to take a conservative or an aggressive approach to the issues. I am very pleased with the care I receive. I am not so pleased about how much everything costs; it is very expensive; but I can use Care Credit to spread out the payments and the office has given me a small "senior" discount.

I was taken back for my dental cleaning right away. The dental hygienist verified my health history was up to date, asked if I had any concerns the dentist needed to be aware of and then explained all procedures that she would be doing during my appointment. Dana was very professional and polite, she explained everything with enough detail that I knew what to expect. She continually validated that I was comfortable during all aspects of the procedures. She notified Dr. Princell of her findings when he arrived to evaluate me. I needed to have a dental appliance adjusted and that was evaluated and done by Dr. Princell immediately after my hygiene appoint. Everyone in the office is always professional, open to any and all questions and considerate of your time schedule. Whenever I am asked about a dentist to go to I always recommend Dr. Princell. Had been a patient and then relocated out of state for 8 years and when we moved back to Indianapolis we returned to Dr. Princell's practice.
