Excellent work replacing a broken crown. He explained the treatment options in detail and understandably, administered proper anesthesia, prepared a well fitting temporary crown, and diligently prepared and put in a well fitting and good looking permanent crown that immediately felt as if it always had been there. Dr. Schlesinger is meticulous in detail and proactive in long term approach particularity upon astute assessment of what matter is most imperative within the scope of your dental health.
I am typically abrasive to healthcare professionals as I am averse to providing accolades to a science I do not understand, but Dr. Schlesinger's approach of providing as much information in a clinical manner that is requested, without making the patient feel as if they are a burden is as rare as the quality of his work and follow up is.

I had an emergency situation with my son. He was seen on the same day and had all his needs taken care of. I love the fact that everything is thoroughly explained and you are told of any charges before the work is done. Once the work was complete he personally explained all instructions for after care.
On a personal level I was also very happy to have received a phone call both on the evening of and the next morning to make sure he was ok.

Dr. Schlesinger is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. He's been my dentist for many years. He is reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and always explains the procedures in detail beforehand. I usually have to have work done when I go in, and it is a pleasant experience. His staff is also friendly and very accommodating. Overall they want you to feel better and never experience any discomfort. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist in Manhattan.
