About Dr. Wilma Shen

Dr. Wilma Shen earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry and the National Yang-Ming University School of Dentistry, one of the top dental schools in Taiwan. She graduated second in her class and was named the Best Intern of the Year. While in dental school, she received multiple awards for excellence in scholastic achievements and scholarships for exceptional performance in research. Dr. Shen received honors in orthodontics and was selected for Honors Prosthodontics and Honors Endodontics programs. In addition to providing routine dental care, she is trained in gold foil, cast gold and Botulinum Toxin-A therapies. Dr. Shen enjoys giving back to the community. She has volunteered locally at the 45th Street Clinic, Union Gospel Mission and Longview Dental Volunteer Clinic. She has also volunteered overseas in Ladakh, North India, caring for an underserved population. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, the King County Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Shen values the trust of her patients and cherishes every opportunity to improve her patients’ oral and overall health. She is fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin and is excited to build long lasting relationships with her patients and the community.
