I don't know how to express my gratitude properly to Dr. Jeong and his staff. I've never been one to find myself at a loss for words. But the English language really does not have terms to describe the effusive praise this office deserves.
Weeks of pain were eliminated completely. As opposed to some other recent issues with local Doctors I was not given the pressure sales pitch that has unfortunately become the norm these days. Yes, I understand that Dentists need to be profitable, but the sales pitches have nearly completely obfuscated the patient - Doctor communication channel that is necessary to ensure proper treatment and confidence.
Dr. Jeong is a non-aggressive, soft spoken, yet completely knowledgeable, confident, kind and respectful professional who had only one singular goal upon my arrival - he wanted to know what was wrong and what expectations I had for an outcome. Surprisingly, when a talented Doctor concentrates on those simple issues in the first 5 minutes it creates an environment that opens the door to any and every issue that's important to a new, slightly nervous patient. It had a familial feel that I later realized was reminiscent of the greatest practitioners I have ever had. It has been 25 years since I experienced this and almost did not remember why I had such a strong Déjà vu, In the interest of space I will simply say that Dr. Jeong was a dream come true - that's a phrase I have NEVER coined regarding a Dentist!
The rest; The office was immaculate, the staff was intensely professional yet completely personable, the location was great, the equipment was advanced state of the art and if all that's not enough they have refreshments AND an electric foot massager for while you wait (which in my case was 30 seconds so the Krupps Gourmet and foot massager will have to wait!)

Wook Jeong, DDS was very fast and gentle. I had little to no pain. He showed me that he cared and was very concerned about if I was in pain or not. I really like this dentist. Dr. Jeong is approachable and always smiles. It was my first filling at age 32yrs, so I was nervous and uncertain of what to expect. He reassured me that it will be pain free, I should be calm, and it will be fine. He numbed the injection site, so I didn't even feel that, nor the entire process.

I asked them before hand to confirm if they provided care for my 1 year old and they assured me they did, I explained clearly she chipped a tooth and asked if it could be filled in during visit and they said yes. My husband rushed from his office in Atlanta to come pick baby up in Dacula to take her to Duluth. Dentist barely saw her and told my husband he did not have propper tools to fix it since she is small. This is beyond unacceptable and we could've gone somewhere else already and gotten it fixed. Very disappointed in the misinformation and waste of time.

I think the doctor was thoughtful that I, the parent of my son, was present. He filled me in on his findings and recommendations instead of just ignoring my presence. We had an awesome experience and he did an amazing job cleaning and examining my son's teeth. He took his time and was very thorough. My son remained calm and I was content. (He's 6 1/2 by the way).

My visit to Dr. Jeong's office was overall very pleasant. When I first walked into the office, I was welcomed by the staffs with warm smile and greeting. Also, I was a bit surprised that there was literally no wait time to be seen. Dr. Jeong was very informative and well-mannered, where he took his time to answer all my questions and gave me thorough understanding of my treatment plans. To my opinion, the prices were reasonable and affordable. I'm very happy with the treatment I got from Dr. Jeong and the overall experience from the office. I was very satisfied with the experience I had at J dental care. All staff members were very kind and friendly. I could tell that the doctor is very knowledgeable and professional. I usually get really sared at dental office, but J dental care is such a comfortable place to get my teeth treated.
