I have gotten quite a bit of work done at this office and I walk out of here happy every time. The staff from the front to the back is always very helpful and willing to answer any questions I have to help put my mind at ease. Dr. Gao pays a lot of attention to detail and makes you feel like you truly matter and are not just another patient. I liked this office so much that I bring my family here now too.

Dr. Gao is a very gentle and knowledgeable dentist. I get severe anxiety going to the dentist and she is the only dentist I can go to without feel anxious. She always explains to me what needs to be done and does it so flawlessly. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Dr. Yang Gao received her first dental degree from West China College of Stomatology, the prestigious dental school known as the birthplace of China’s modern dental science education. She then obtained her PhD. in genetic regulation and tooth development from the University of Rochester. She graduated cum laude from UCLA School of Dentistry, with membership of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Gao is an active member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Santa Clara County Dental Association. Being a recipient of American College of Prosthodontics Award, she has been actively pursuing continuing education in order to keep providing her patients with state-of-the-art dental services.
Outside of the office, Dr. Gao is an avid dancer. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, and snorkeling with her husband and two kids.

I am absolutely terrified to go to the dentist, but Dr. Gao and her staff do absolutely everything they can to make you more comfortable. She also explained very clearly the reasoning behind flossing etc. which was super helpful and motivating to take care of my teeth! I got a goodie bag at the end that contained floss to help me start flossing!

Well organized, on schedule, gave good feedback on what I should be doing better to maintain healthy teeth and gums, delivered feedback in a nice formal way, not critical but very informative. And being open on Saturday is great.

I was at the dentist for a regular cleaning and exam. Dr. Gao performed the dental cleaning and detailed exam very efficiently, making sure that I don't experience any pain during the process. She also patiently explained the results and answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend Fun Dental Care to others.

Dr. Gao did my wisdom tooth extraction for me and Dr. Athiprayoon did my braces for me. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. I felt that their prices are very fair compared to other offices in the area. I am finally getting my braces off next week and I am so excited! My teeth look and feel better than ever!

Dr. Gao sees my whole family including my kids. She told me that she will treat me kids as if she treats hers. She is wonderful and patient with my kids. The rest of the staff is very patient and caring too!

The appointment was quite smooth: I showed up 10min before scheduled time and signed a bunch forms, then I was ready to go. The exam and cleaning were excellent as well. Dr. Gao treated me with care and professionism, answered all my dental hygiene questions, and made me quite relaxing during the whole procedure. Highly recommend to others!

My visit was great! Dr. Gao was so nice and very understanding. She was very gentle and at all times explained to me what she was doing. Dental staff was also so patient and so friendly. Made me feel comfortable and as if i knew them for a long time.
