Most went as expected except for COVID precautions. I was disappointed to see the doctor didn’t fully cover his nose with the mask and took it off and on. The waiting room wasn’t as stringent as it could be with regulations- one person was taking her mask off. I was not comfortable with the procedures in terms of covid there.

He was great! Very informative about my broken tooth and what was recommended for the longevity for my tooth to last. Also my insurance (EmblemHealth Federal Employee Preferred) they did not accept which is weird bc ZocDoc showed that it was an in-network. ZocDoc should update that information bc it leaves patient with a massive bill. But the good news my insurance cover 100% they will have to bill the insurance then check gets mail to insurance holder to pay to dentist. Which isn’t a problem to do but the information of whether they take my insurance should be more updated. Luckily they will be an in-network with my insurance bc the coverage is great! Clean environment and nice staff!

Mr Yefim was very polite, but he does not handle children's procedure to fix or remove a tooth. This could've been explained to me before they took x-ray's, then referred me to another specialist. This is just strictly for adults, and one should seek out strictly a pediatric dentistry. Overall the staff and Mr Aranbayev were very friendly. I would go if you're an adult, but not recommend for children.

Dr. Yefim is the best dentist I have ever seen. He is super nice and make sure you are aware of all the details before performing any service. Before you leave the office, he always make sure that you know what will done on your next visit. Choose him, and you won't regret.

This place is a perfect option for a busy person; it's a one-stop-shop with many procedures available.
In less than 24hrs I texted in an emergency visit, went in for a root canal and packing, left to get my antibiotic, and returned for the crown, which was milled right on premises.

Had a nasty wisdom tooth that was rotting. It had to be pulled. Dr. Yefim did it right on the spot. Believe it or not - I went to work right after. With the prescribed pain relievers and a days rest I felt brand new. Dr. Aranbayev is simple amazing.

There was a tiny parking lot in the back of the building, secure entrance only, the receptionist was thorough, hygienist was very kind and explained next steps before taking them and Dr. Aranbayev was very professional, personable and knowledgeable made me feel like an active participant in my treatment. A very quaint and comfortable office with professional staff. I would definitely recommend

A bit brusque but very professional, and SUPER efficient. There was very little down time and the whole procedure went by so much faster than it's ever been with other dentists. He checked in a lot while working on my mouth and was very good about promptly applying more pain meds when needed.

Dr. Arabayev was very friendly and skilled. He worked quickly and was kind to a patient who had neglected a visit to the dentist for too long! He arrived to the office 15 minutes late, forcing me to wait outside on a hot day.

Dr. Yefim was great I'm only 16yrs. Old and I was terrified when I walked into his office! He told me some jokes and that eased my fears. His other employees are very nice. Thank you for making a frightening experience into comfortable one. Dr. Yefim Is now my new dentist!

The doctor was very polite and professional. He made a point to greet me and apologize personally about an appointment booking confusion and was kind enough to offer to see me regardless of the error. Office waiting room space is small and office time was a wait, however there were many new patients and emergency walk-ins were being handled. To each patient, the doctor spoke to personally and offered solutions. As for my personal care - I must say, I have had some poor dental work in the past at another dentistry, so I was so appreciative to have Dr. Yefim not only appropriately assess the state of my teeth and give me an honest list of solutions, but also look closely into my insurance coverage to work within my budget to get the work done. The doctor did not belittle the status of my teeth, but rather approached the situation with optimism and options - allowing me to have a voice in my care. I left the office with a beautiful new tooth... bottom line, the dentist does beautiful, professional work and is proud of his work. I am very happy to have Dr. Yefim in the neighborhood!
