Dr. Rafaty was very thorough in her initial meeting with me. She fully and clearly explained everything she was doing and why and spent time to make sure that I understood the science behind her actions. She is warm and personable and very knowledgeable.

The doctor took the time to explain why maintaining my teeth and gums are important. She was very thorough in here examination. I had to wait around 15 minutes to been seen, I would like to be taken in straight away next time. I think she had a temporary assistant who took a lot of time to get my x-rays done.

All I needed was the cement on a bracket sanded down, and the wire removed. I only get to find out after I book, and show up, and wait, that their drills / all other equipment had been out of order all day? Zocdoc sent me like a giftcard and an apology.... I ended up having the whole thing just glued back in place? This was all a while ago, so maybe that practice has it together better now?

The visit went really well. I was very nervous about going to the dentist (it had been many, many years) and both she & her staff were warm & welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She also gave me good instructions on how to take care of my teeth here on out. I will definitely return.

I was very pleased with her service and knowledge, as well as the dental assistant. They were both extremely nice! Dr. Rafaty also took the time to educate me on why dental hygiene is so important as well as how to do take care of my teeth and gums properly.
