They are always overbooked but it is a practice with 3-4 doctors, like an assembly lines. It's braces what do you expect?

Been coming here for 4 years as a teenager. Had a horrible experience because of Dr. Lai's aloofness. He rarely sees you but when he does, it's not pleasant. Find a friendlier better orthodontist to spend your years.

I went for an invisalign consultation and was very impressed with the office, staff and Dr. Lai. He was super nice and friendly, he even took the time to show me a couple of exercises to help with my nerve damage! The consultation was easy and he answered all of concerns.

I recently moved to New York. Dr. Yon H. Lai is a wonderful doctor. He diagnoses everything so accurately... I am really impressed with his talent and expertise. I highly recommend him. He and his staff is very helpful.

Made an appointment but waited for 45 minutes to see Dr. Lai. He didn't really take the time to listen to my concerns. Merely said I should get braces without really explaining how it's going to help my concerns. The whole place was like a factory assembly line with patients after patients getting their teeth cleaned, etc.
