I normally hate going to the dentist to have anything done. The experience I had here was great! I felt comfortable and in expert hands. Everything was explained and any questions I had were answered.

The dentist who did the shots for my fillings was excellent! I fear dental shots like none other, but I barely felt these at all! One of my fillings wasn't quite right and I had some pain for a while, but it's worn down correctly now and all is well!

Its very important to me that dental visits go well for my 6 year old to establish good dental hygiene for his future. This was our second visit to BTY Dental, and they have always been amazing and friendly. I really liked the new office off dimond too! Very open and kid friendly.

The visit with Dr. Moon was great! I was also able to get all 3 fillings done at the same visit! I highly recommend BTY Dental!! :-)

He was very welcoming and knowledgable. I was really uncomfortable because I haven't been in a dental office for a long time but he wasn't criticizing about why I didn't. The front desk was friendly and nice. She was very understanding and professional.
The only downside that made me more nervous was another guy came and stood next to me saying hi and just staring at my x-rays without no intention of introducing himself and what he was doing there. I didn't feel comfortable because of it.
All in all, I would recommend him to a family member or a friend.
Thank you for taking the time to do my exam and advising me of what work needs to be done. I knew off the bat that I had some major work to be done and Dr. Moon was very friendly and calm about it all.
