I had to wait a while because I was a new patient. I had to complete paperwork and they had to verify my insurance. I only saw the actual dentist for like 5 minutes. I was with the dentist assistant most of my visit. I am hoping my next visit won't take as long.

The receptionist that was supposed to check my insurance ahead of time did not and was "At lunch" when I got to my 1:45pm appointment. I had to wait for her to finish her lunch and they told me my appointment was actually at 2pm, which is not what I booked on here or what my confirmation stated. I had to wait for her to check on my insurance and by the time I was seen for X-rays I had been waiting over an hour. The X-ray equipment was extremely difficult for me to handle and took about 45 minutes to get finished. Then I waited on the dentist who tells me I have 7 cavities that I cannot even see on the X-ray and that it will take 2 more hours to fill the cavities. I have never had single cavity in over 30 years. I will be getting a second opinion at the dentist I have seen for years, even if he is a far drive from me. In addition, the other dentist who did my teeth cleaning was rude and not gentle at all, despite the fact I told her I have very sensitive teeth. I will not be going back to this office.

This was the best dental experience I have had. Dr Park was excellent taking great care to make a visit to the dentist painless. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and coworkers.

I used ZocDoc to register Tuesday but the office had no record of my appointment. They offered to fit me in but I waited until 9:45am and I had to leave and re-scheduled for 11am. I finally saw the dentist at 11:45am. Dentist Park was professional and explained the procedures and was efficient and gentle. Like the service but not the wait, I don't know that it was Brights fault but Zocdoc. I will be back for follow-up.

All of the staff at Brident Dental were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They quickly got my appointment started and they were very efficient during the visit as well as helping me with the financial portion of my visit.

My visit was great when I came in all staff greeted me, making me feel comfortable. Doctors are great they explain everything in details , by the time I left I didn't have any concerns.
