Great first office visit with Dr. He. The receptionist and her dental assistant were very nice as well. They explained everything every step of the way, and had all COVID precautions in place. I have to go back for fillings and am happy to have Dr. He as my dentist!

Once again Dr. He provided me with excellent service. Let me say from the start, I am not fond of dentists generally, but Dr. He's caring manner and professionalism won me over from the start. She takes her time and truly communicates a sincere concern for her patients. Dr. He has two doctoral degrees so when I refer to her as Dr. Dr. she responds with a humble smile.
Every person I have referred to her raves about her service. Even my mother-in-law who barely likes me loves Dr. He. Thank you Dr. He and your staff.

I have used ZocDoc for many times, but none of my previous doctor visit experience is comparable with this one.
I had not visited dental doctors for years, as I had been so scared of the pain during the treatment. But I finally decided to visit a dental doctor, as my teeth got very sensitive to sour foods these days. Dr. He said my teeth were fine but just need a cleaning (I felt so happy that she did not push me for anything unnecessary)
With regard to the cleaning experience, wow! Dr. He did not give me any pain, as my previous dentists did to me, when doing the cleaning for me! Meanwhile, I can clearly felt that my teeth got totally cleaned. Much much better than my previous dentists, as my tongue can feel how smooth my teeth surface is.
It certainly was not an easy job to clean teeth for a patient who had not got cleaning for years. But Dr. He did it without generating pain, totally clean, and she did not push to ask me get any unnecessary treatments. I really appreciate her superb job.

I've been visiting Dr. He's office for 3 years now. She's super nice, personal, professional!!! I've down basic cleaning, fillings, and root canal with her, she has the magic to make dentist appointment enjoyable!! There's a TV in the room that you can watch shows while she works on your teeth.
The best thing that separate her from other dentists is that she never tries to sell you any products, or convince you to do more procedures than you need to. Another dentist I went to for root canal, she wanted to redo my fillings and charge me extra, Dr. He never does that. And if you don't have insurance - no worries!!! Sometimes she'll recommend you come back later when you have insurance - that was my case. Her out of pocket is low too if you don't have insurance.
She's also very professional, one of my front teeth had a deep cavity, she said might need to do root canal if the cavity's too deep and the nerves were damaged. I was super scared about that. She worked on it carefully and eventually she was able to save my teeth, only a simple filling, no root canal!!! She said other dentists might do root canal if they don't clean the cavity carefully and hurt the nerves. And that's true, one of my back teeth had cavity, I went to a dentist in Philadelphia Chinatown - avoid Chinatown dentists for your own sake!! he did root canal. Now I think about it, I probably could have saved it if I knew Dr. He back then.
It's lucky to find a dentist I can trust, so if you live around the area, stop looking around!! Sometimes she gives patients free toothbrush and toothpaste which is nice.

Cute little practice. Was my first time there and I saw that the patients were friendly and recognized by the reception and the doctor was readily accessible.
Once I got inside, the x-rays and cleaning were done very quickly and efficiently. They even have a panoramic x-ray to do it really fast!

The hygienetist was very pleasant; however very aggressive cleaning my teeth. The tool used to clean my teeth squirted out water like a water fountain and I was nearly soaked after my cleaning. I recommend the staff to take their time as opposed to rushing.

With the type of service I received, I will be more inclined to schedule regular dental appointments. I admit I have been remiss in going to the dentist in the past. It was an amazing visit. First time appointment took an extra 10 mins to complete paperwork, but was seen right away all subsequent times. I had a deep cleaning and two root canals done and havent felt pain since!! Highly recommended.
