“So the Zocdoc experience (first one!) was a little bumpy. I booked a cleaning at a new provider. Got a call one week out confirming my appointment from someone who sounded like they were calling from the provider but apparently was from Zocdoc. Upon the provider's true confirmation call the day of the appointment, I found out they only had me down for a consult. So after chatting qe booked a cleaning seperately (they just had a Friday 11am cancellation) and kept that consultation anyway (Wednesday 6pn). However, girl at the front desk was lookin out because I got a call back at 4pm as they had JUST gotten word of a cancellation for that evening at 5pm (basically an opportunity to do my cleaning before my consult). Everything was perfect from there! A+ cleaning, A+ staff, A+ tooth fix (they fixed a 20 yr old chip THAT DAY), A+ consult regarding other issues. Super friendly & knowledgeable all around. Thanks y'all!”
