I'm a big baby. I can admit it.
When I first sat in the chair at Dr. Weir's office, I was a nervous wreck. Within a few minutes, she came into the room and started a conversation with me. But not about my broken tooth, we talked about our families. That short chat did so much to relieve my anxiety and increase my comfort with her. She is a very compassionate, empathic and skillful dentist.
I had a great experience with Dr. Weir and recommend her whole-heartedly.

Everything was good at my visit the people very friendly,I recieved my expected treatment.
The only thing I didnt like, the doctor didn't speak any diagnosis direct to me she had her assistant to tell me what was going on, I think doctors have to take some time and see for patients wellness by themselves.

Dr. Weir graduated from Howard University Dental School in 1992. She did a general practice residency at Howard before working for the General Conference of Seventh Day Adventist at their Yaoundé clinic in Cameroun, West Africa. Since those early days she has owned a practice in Rockville, MD in addition to managing a couple of other practices in Fredrick and Gaithersburg, MD. She is fluent in Spanish after spending several years in Latin America. Dr. Weir has found ample opportunities to practice in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties. Dr. Weir is actively involved in her church with the middle school youth and at the high school levels as a mentor. Her non-business interest include soccer, running, reading, traveling, and learning more about improving general health. She is speaker and has authored a book on stories of her childhood. She is married to Don Gladstone and together they have three beautiful children, Jet (16), Gabrielle (13), and Joel (6).

She was extremely personable and so was the rest of her staff. We were greeted warmly and everything was thoroughly explained. She was very interested in knowing about how her service was and how I heard about her. She was pleased to know that other great reviews had been written about her that she didn't know existed! My father was the patient in this visit and I was happy to see he was comfortable and well taken care of. At times I feel because he has state insurance- his care isn't always as gd....this doctor treated everyone the same and everything was better than I imagined! We were in and out and they don't seem to overbook! We were called and asked if we wanted to come in earlier.....fantastic! He's def going back!
