Dr. Zahra Afsharzand is an attentive, compassionate dentist and prosthodontist treating patients in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and West Deptford, New Jersey and the surrounding communities. Her primary goal as a practitioner is to ensure that the dental needs of each of her patients are met completely. She strives to offer her patients a dental experience that is comfortable, personalized, and affordable.
Originally from Tehran, Dr. Afsharzand attended Temple University in order to pursue her doctoral dental degree. She remained at the university to receive special training in prosthodontics. Dr. Afsharzand is now a member of professional organizations including the American College of Prosthodontics and the American Cleft Palate–Craniofacial Association.
Patients visiting Dr. Afsharzand can receive a full range of both general and cosmetic dental procedures. She provides implants, sleep apnea treatment, temporo-mandibular joint treatment, and general dentistry, including extractions, fillings, root canal therapy, veneers, and crowns. In addition to her clinical roles, Dr. Afsharzand serves as an educator at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
