The dental hygienist who did my cleaning did an excellent job. I am happy with the cleaning. My only concern is with the administrative side of the clinic. The wait time was longer than expected, the appointment system was unreliable. They need to work on admin skills and treat patients to their satisfaction instead of imposing their ways. Like I was asked to arrive early, but when I reach there I was made to wait for an hour. The medical team although, did a good job.

I went in for a cleaning and was thoroughly pleased with the customer service. Front desk associates were pleasant. Paperwork was filled out on an ipad so it was quick and easy. No wait time at all! The dental hygienist was sweet. The full xrays were a bit uncomfortable to get through but they always are for me. She was thorough with the information she gave regarding my teeth, gums and flossing and made me feel relaxed. Dr. Aaron was great as well! The environment itself was very inviting. The pink accent walls, decor and tools were adorable! I received a cute gift for being a first time patient as well. Will definitely be returning to Rose Dental.
