Zocdoc set me up with an appointment for an emergency dental visit on Thanksgiving Day, but the office wasn't aware and they were closed for the holiday. The very kind doorman let me into the building, and called the owner/head of the practice who very kindly and generously got on the phone with me to apologize for the snafu, and to help me through my painful situation. He arranged for the dentist I had booked (Ziva Yonaiev) to make a special trip into the office the following morning just to see me. I can't recommend Dr. Yonaiev or the practice enough. Everyone, from the doorman, administrative assistant, and dentists could not have been more gracious and thoughtful. I give them all five stars and thank them for their care.

My experience was superb from start to finish. Sarah made a great first impression. Dr. Ziva Yonaiev took the time to explain the procedure, and her bedside manner put me at ease. Both Dr. Yonaiev and her assistant Jessica were patient and kind during the procedure. Thank you for your hard work and kindness.

It takes a month to be seen by the dentist and you will be left with temporary filling in your mouth because the doctor will not make time to see you. Your appointments will be cancelled for no reason. They will lie to the issuance about who will treat you. Their prices are very high leaving you to pay out of pocket and they will try to up-sell treatment to the detriment of your health. All-n-All a horrible experience.
