Dr. Tisha Hammons grew up in Katy, Texas. While attending Katy High School, Dr. Hammons was fortunate to be involved with the Youth Apprenticeship Program where she started her dental career as a Dental Assistant. This Program was the foundation of her aspiration for dentistry and evolved over time as she pursued her college education. In 2000 she received her undergraduate degree from Sam Houston State University.She continued to pursue her goal and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio in 2005. Dr. Hammons has been living and practicing dentistry in New Braunfels, Texas for 13 years. She has a sincere passion for dentistry and the patients she serves. Dr. Hammons and her team strive to provide impeccable customer service with compassion and integrity. She is genuinely interested in her patients and developing long lasting relationships with their entire family. Dr. Hammons loves working with both children and adults and is committed to providing the highest quality care using the best and latest dental technology. Dr. Hammons is a Member of The American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the River District Dental Society. When not performing dentistry, Dr. Hammons is spending time with her husband, Jake and their three children. She enjoys life to the fullest professionally and personally. Her hobbies include; all outdoor activities, camping, visiting music venues and playing with her animals (4 dogs, 4 pigs, fish and a ferret). She even enjoys mowing the yard!
