Lakeisha has been so fantastic. I haven't had a therapist who will do medication talks and talk therapy during individual sessions. It's rare to find. She and I come up with plans together. She doesn't make decisions for me, but rather we make decisions together. With her, I've been able to lower medications and see that previous diagnoses may have been inaccurate. I haven't felt this confident about moving forward with mental health wellness in years. I give her a lot of credit. I completely recommend!
