Background: My first degree was in Information Tech. I have been in medical field for 15 year. 9 years in medical dealing with trauma surgical, ICU, Step down etc. Last 6 years I went to full psych world from prison, to kids and teens with behavior and disabilities, to adult psych wards. Spent a good portion travelling in AZ hospital. I have been to almost all in psych world. Now am in crisis unit dealing with PAD, COT, SMI, ACOT among others. Specialty: Specializing with depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD and ADHD. Age 10yrs-Demential. Taking private pay as well as Insurances in Arizona. Approach to care: Every human being is unique and he or she deserve being understood. Some patient may have a solid upbringing while others have trauma's from childhood. Every patient is unique and I get time to understand their straggle and as a team we agree to the way forward. I appreciate when patient are willing to do their part, As I do mine. If more collaboration is required, patient will be informed and be educated the importance of additional team member and also consent.

Patients need to know they are in a safe spot, no judgement whatsoever. We are HIPPA compliant and everything remain confident.

We tailor made patient needs, care plan as individual. We take time to know our patients and make them feel comfortable.
