Dr. Jac gained her undergraduate degree in Biology, Society, and Environment from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus, and her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Northwestern Health Sciences in Bloomington, MN. In addition, she is certified in multiple fitness and yoga formats. With that background and education, she strives to provide a well-rounded approach to health, well-being, and mindfulness.
