Dr. Jac has an unmistakable joy for life. She has a passion to make people feel inspired, motivated, and energetic. A number of years ago she created STÔKE Wellness – an all-encompassing approach incorporating her signature "BURN, FUEL, and GLOW." Dr. Jac is using the foundation she created with STÔKE Wellness to create WomanWorx for Minnesota Women's Care – a unique health resource for women.
Background and Education
Dr. Jac gained her undergraduate degree in Biology, Society, and Environment from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus, and her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Northwestern Health Sciences in Bloomington, MN. In addition, she is certified in multiple fitness and yoga formats. With that background and education, she strives to provide a well-rounded approach to health, well-being, and mindfulness.
