This was our first visit to Dr. Friedman's office. And although the office was busy, the receptionist was warm and welcoming. We waited about 10-15 minutes to be seen, just long enough to fill out the necessary paperwork. Dr. Friedman was gracious and professional. He took the time to understand the issue, ordered Xrays to be able to make a further diagnosis and sent us home with a plan for recovery.

The staff and Doctor are consummate professional and very courteous and accommodating. From the desk to the X-ray technician and Dr.'s assistants, everyone was very kind and caring.
