Dr. Han gave me some topical acne creams and also an oral antibiotic, and after around 2 months, most of my acne went away. I'm really glad. Now I will go and see what he can do about the scarring, since my skin is really uneven now that my skin is clear.

Dr. George Han is a practicing dermatologist at Mount Sinai Doctors. Dr. Han obtained his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. He then completed an internship in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. Subsequently, he completed his residency in dermatology at Yeshiva University and also holds a Ph.D. from the same university. Dr. Han currently serves as the Chairman of the department of dermatology at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. He is also the Director of teledermatology for the department of dermatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Dr. Han is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He looks after the community of New York, NY. Dr. Han is the recipient of numerous awards including the DermMentors Resident of Distinction Award and a co-winner of the Everett C. Fox Award in the Residents and Fellows Symposium at the 2014 Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology. Extremely well-read, Dr. Han has two patents and over 20 publications in well-respected journals such as the Journal of Investigative Dermatology, the Journal of Infectious Diseases, and the American Journal of Pathology.

Dr.Han is very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the new treatments available for my condition. He asked me if I was comfortable with the medication and course of action before proceeding. Doctor Han has been very helpful and straight forward honest with me with explaining the situations regarding my psoriasis and medical treatment along with the risks and side effects of each procedure.
Doctor Han also provided the necessary treatment that is both affordable and safe for me to use. So far within a bit over a year under his care, my 15 year psoriasis condition has had begun showing clear skin and it is almost cleared.

As his patient for roughly the last year and a half or possibly more. It is thanks to him that there has been major progress in the clearing of my 15 year long dealing with plaque psoriasis. He doesn't sugar coat the details of the medicines or the effects that would come with them either and how it might treat the skin. Definitely a high recommendation from me to anyone suffering from psoriasis to see Doctor Han at least once if possible.

I saw him because of a mole (or what I thought was a mole) that I was concerned about. I found him very definitive and reassuring and appreciated that he explained exactly why he believed that I was fine.
Then we chatted about some other dermatologic issues and again I found him knowledgeable and helpful, but not impatient or patronizing as doctors sometimes are.
