I just moved to San Antonio so this was my first visit. Everyone was so nice in the front office, the hygienist was super welcoming gave me a walk thru of the office and told me about the dentist. Everything was so smooth. Best visit ever!

I had a severe tooth ache on Thursday night (7-8-2021) that had been "building" up for a couple of days. Once the pain got to unbearable levels I was desperate. Thursday night was terrible, very little sleep and severe pain was the recipe for the night. Friday morning in desperation I looked up emergency dental work on the internet. I found Zocdoc, never heard about before, but I was desperate enough to try anything. I made an appointment 9 AM for Saturday morning at 10:30 AM at All Smiles Dental Care in San Antonio, TX. Five minutes later got a call from the dentist office, they had an opening at 11:30 AM that Friday morning, I took it. Showed up at 11 AM, saw Dr Ray at 11:30, had tooth extracted by 12 PM. No more pain, a life saver. I was very surprised at the service, I had the wrong idea about All Smiles, the service I received was very efficient and professional. The only issue I had, my insurance was charged for 2 visits on the same day. Don't know if this is normal but I found it kind of odd that I would be charged for two visits on the same day, although I never left the office, but what the heck, the pain and lost of sleep I had Thursday night was not something I looked forward to again. It was worth it, hands down. I highly recommend All Smiles Dental Center in San Antonio, especially if you have an unexpected dental emergency, it was a life saver for me.

I can’t wait to get to know all of the patients at our office. One reason I chose this profession was because of the interactions it allows me to have with people on a daily basis, and touching the lives of those in my community. Having the opportunity to make patients smile is one of the most rewarding things I have experienced.
I am originally from Mexico City, Mexico but got to San Antonio as fast as I could! I consider myself a San Antonio native as I have been living here for over 20 years. I graduated from Central Catholic High School and then moved on to graduate from Texas A&M University. I then accomplished my dream of obtaining a Doctorate of Dental Surgery when I graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School. While that was a milestone in my educational career, I will continue to learn by taking continuing education courses to ensure I provide you with the most current practices.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy camping, hiking and the outdoors. In fact, backpacking every National Park in the country is at the top of my bucket list. I also enjoy sports and always cheer for my Spurs and Aggies! Once again, I look forward to meeting you and doing everything I can to ensure you have a healthy and beautiful smile!
