I drove almost an hour to get to the appointment which I had scheduled the night before. 10 mins before my arrival/appt time I got a call saying they didn’t have any of my insurance info and had to cancel my appointment. Being as though I was literally just pulling into the parking lot when I seen the call, I went into the office to see if I could still be seen by the doctor. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful and was proactive once I did give her my insurance info and I was still able to be seen bc of a no call no show. All of the staff were friendly, the office was very clean, and I had an overall great experience.

Dr. Tellez completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency program through NYU Langone Health at Pueblo Community Health Center in Colorado to further hone her skills and expertise. During her residency, she gained invaluable experience in various advanced dental procedures, including dental implants, oral surgery, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
After practicing dentistry in Colorado, Dr. Tellez returned to her hometown of Longwood with her husband, Cesar, their son, Elias, and their dog Choco. Dr. Tellez is passionate about providing her patients with the highest level of care possible, and she strives to make every visit to her office a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

horrible experience , booked my appointment , took off from work, and when I got there they told me they had cancelled my appointment without any type of warning or call

I am one of those ridiculous people who doesn’t make time for dental appointments. Pain changes that :-(. During the night I went online and was able to make a next-day appointment. After a thorough exam Dr Tellez provided a well-thought out treatment plan to address years of neglect. Thank you, Dr Tellez!
