Great appointment and it’s hard to get into an ENT so quickly these days. It was quick and I enjoyed his professionalism and knowledge. He made sure I understood everything that was going on with my condition and even let me see my inflamed tonsils to better understand what was going on. Would definitely recommend!

Geez, I thought the reviews on here were probably just dramatic. Dr. Maillard's bedside manner was atrocious his tools were horribly outdated. He did not seem to care at all when I said that what he was doing hurt me, he did not explain anything to me, just an uncomfortable situation all together.

Didn't wait long to be seen. But the equipment brought me back a couple decades. The procedure I had was painful but did the job. Made sure I understood why he did what he did. He was kind of rude when I expressed how much pain I was in.

I realize that doctors likely don't consider themselves to be in the customer service business, but any patient knows otherwise. I felt like I was a vehicle at the mechanic. There was no exchange beyond the bare minimum to start diagnosis. I received an injection without warning, and without explanation of what or why. There was no expressed diagnosis. There was no discussion of treatment options, or what side effects may come of the treatment. There was no time for questions. I had to ask in passing what the injection was in order to get the answer.
The doctor is good at half of his job, but doesn't understand that we are customers, as well as patients.

The doctor was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The staff was a bit noisy and was talking about personal matters as the patients sat in the reception area. They left the glass window open and didn't seem to mind that we could all hear their conversation.
The practice does not have an audiologist on staff for hearing testing. You have to go to another office for that.

I did have to wait outside the door because I always get to my appointments early but apparently my appt was for when they opened. But as soon as I checked in, told the receptionist that I had sent my paperwork through Zocdoc, and gave my insurance and ID to be scanned, the rest of the process went very quickly and smoothly.

Dr. Maillaird and his staff have always been extremely efficient with me. He is thorough and makes sure that all of my questions are answered. I had my tonsils removed and was back to work in less than 2 weeks. Great experience.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with any doctor. The doctor would not listen to my concerns and was very aggressive and pushy. Also it was very difficult to even find his office. It took almost an hour walking through the building. It was a lot of hassle for no reason. The best thing about this visit was the receptionist. She was very nice, but I prefer a doctor who is more sensitive and who listens to what his patients have to say. I wasn't comfortable with this doctor at all.
