About Dr. Aaron Kaplan
Aaron Kaplan was born in Philadelphia, PA. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Villanova University and then graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1987. After a three-year pediatric residency at Medical Center of Delaware, Dr. Kaplan worked as an ER physician, and later completed a three-year fellowship in pediatric nutrition at one of the nation's leading pediatric hospitals, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Kaplan served as an assistant professor at Tulane Medical School in New Orleans while performing research there.
Dr. Kaplan lives in Plano with his wife, Kim and son, Max. He enjoys meditating, yoga, and running. He has been practicing medicine in Plano since 1997. His calm demeanor, gentle reassurance, and willingness to listen to parents' concerns are just some of the qualities that make Dr. Kaplan a wonderful pediatrician.

I have used Dr. Kaplan as our Pediatric PCP since my son’s birth 11 years ago. The facility is nice, quaint, and has personable staff. After his retirement, Dr. Lohano came in and we had a good first visit with him.

Doctor Kaplan and team are exceptionally good. They treated my son every time professionally with proper care. We love to continue visiting whenever sick.

Our son got sick overnight. We called the next morning and Dr. Kaplan was able to see us right away. We never have to wait and are always seen right away. Dr. Kaplan is able to assess what’s wrong with our child right away and we always leave stress free, knowning our son is in great hands with Dr. Kaplan. Highly recommend Dr. Kaplan as he explains everything in great detail and always greets us with a smile.

The doctor took their time to listen to all my concerns and my kids concerns and explained everything in detail. My kids enjoys each and every visit. I highly recommend Mr. Kaplan he is very knowledgeable and he is office staff are very kind.

Dr. Kaplan has become the go-to pediatrician in our family across all our siblings and their kids. We love the way he listens and communicates the best care for our child. He always has great recommendations, even for how to get our LO to sleep through the night.
