Compared to my previous PCP this one is a million times better. The receptionist was so extremely nice and the nurse who took my vitals and information was thorough and so sweet. Dr. Mitchell listened to all of my concerns and gave me some great tips about my migraines. The only reason I had to wait is because I am a new patient and had to fill out new patient paperwork. A ten minute wait is totally acceptable! I'm glad I came here.

Refused to refil meds. Lead to near death seizure even though I have video recording showing the head clerk/nurse asking for refil approval and the dr agreed to do it. But it was all lies. I'm considering other action.
