Amazing experience!

I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving, and I had come about 15 min early! Doctor had great bedside manner and was a great experience. The nurse was kind and did my blood draw so smoothly I didn't feel it. The only down side was the woman at the front desk -- she didn't acknowledge me when I came in, or even bother to look at me when I said "good morning."

Dr. and nurse was very attentive and helpful
She was perfectly nice but very out of touch. As a more mature person who has tried for years to get my health conditions under control, when I go to a doctor and am told to simply stretch and eat fewer carbs it feels completely unserious. My medical condition makes it impossible for me to work out but, I eat very low sugar, no dairy and am mostly vegan but sure, according to this doctor if I stretch and stop eating bread altogether that will cure my diabetes. If only it were so simple. I believe she saw a fat woman and believed my fatness to be my fault and not something she was willing to assist with medically despite having multiple conditions that cause obesity (as opposed to obesity causing the conditions which would be different). She refused to discuss medication options which was not helpful. Will not return.
Timely and efficient.

Dr. Shah makes you feel extremely comfortable, and heard and gives sound advice. She takes her time to go through everything and makes sure you’re left with specific answers and direction on next steps. This was my first visit with her and it won’t be my last. I highly recommend her.

Really enjoyable visit! Dr. Shah gave her full attention— she made eye contact while asking questions instead of staring at the screen like I have seen other providers do. She took her time and I felt heard and validated. She didn’t jump to any conclusions without asking questions and verifying first.

I was seen almost immediately after I checked in, I barely had to wait so I appreciated that. The doctor's bedside manner was also great, she took the time to explain and give me resources that may help with my issue.
Prompt friendly helpful service.

Dr. Shah was friendly and knowledgeable, and took all my concerns seriously. The nurse I saw was lovely, and did a great job with my blood draw despite my needle nerves.
Verified patient
Extremely kind, patient, and a great listener, Dr. Shah is definitely recommended. The office staff were helpful and the office itself was peaceful and clean. I initially went in for one specific reason, but Dr. Shah was so knowledgeable that she was able to identify other connected issues that I had been struggling with for a while, but didn't realize could be addressed so easily. We discussed much more than a doctor would usually be open to hearing about on a first appointment, making me feel heard and giving me important and useful information. Overall, she is concise, intelligent, empathetic, and professional.
I went here really sick and they refused to do a single test. Heart pain and they didn’t even listen to my heart to see if it was good. I’m having major medical problems and can’t get a doctor to believe me. I’m never going back here.

I was kinda nervous to see someone new but I could not be happier! Dr. Shah listened to my concerns and made excellent recommendations for me and for my overall health. She valued and listened to my thoughts and did not rush me. I am so lucky to have found her and will be going to her for Primary care moving forward. It’s also worth noting that she and her office are very responsive! Somehow after she sent my prescription, the pharmacy said they didn’t receive. Within hours of a simple message I sent, the office called me, and the next morning the doctor called me and sent it again. I was able to get my prescription right away!
What a beautiful soul. Knowledgeable, patient, caring, thorough, warm. Asked questions that, while part of a doctor consult, felt conversational. Frankly I don’t know how doctors are able look and sound caring, but thinking about it now l, it is because- in my experience - too many do not. This is why my visit today was so exceptional. It was short, but concentrated with caring professionalism.
