I am a cardiac patient. This doctor and his male technician are rude, patronizing and dismissive. Terrible and offensive bed side manners. There is no way of contacting this medical practice. His technician was very blunt and told me that I was better off going to any Emergency Room if I had any questions or concerns. He does not return messages left in the system portal. I am a heath care provider myself and I was horrified to be told that I could not contact the person that is caring for my cardiac health. No wonder in the two office visits there has been no patients in the office. Shame on Mount Sinai Medical Center for allowing this to be the standard of care.
