waited over an hour, the staff was a bunch of young folks hanging out at reception who didn't care much about professionalism. made an appt w/ dr rahman but was sent in to see dr hossein w/o being told. she was horrible. rushed me thorough, barely listened, just checked bp and throat (after I kept talking for long enough). she was a bully to her staff and too frustrated to be present or have good bedside manners.
