Dr. Abigail Whetstone is a fantastic doctor with wonderful bedside manor and I will absolutely be using her for my future OBGYN appointments.
The clinic was very clean -- I loved the room set up and the privacy area for changing. The nurses and staff were very kind.
However, Zocdoc's needs to update their system so staff is able to view our cards beforehand (her staff told me they were unable to access my card information before time of service). There was an issue that my insurance didn't submit. It was a disappointment, made the appointment difficult and was highly disruptive (I now have to submit a whole bunch of claims unnecessarily, such a HUGE waste of my time!) and could've been remedied had they had my information beforehand.
NOT HAPPY WITH ZOCDOC. HAPPY WITH THE DOCTOR!

Once again, Dr. Whetstone totally beats my expectations. She is the caring, considerate, thoughtful doctor that all should be! It's the little things that count - asking if it's ok to come in before opening the door, telling me that she is going to place her hand on my before she does, gentle putting a hand on my thigh before inserting the speculum so i can become comfortable with contact down there, asking me how everything else is going not just the concern i came in with, and really listening to my concerns and offering advice that fits what is important to me rather than bullying me into an option. I'm so thankful for finding Dr. Whetsone!
