Dr. Onukogu is very friendly, professional, and thorough. I feel that she made the right calls regarding the additional testing that I needed after a horrendous experience in the emergency room. Office and visit was good. But took a very long time for test results to get back (2weeks). Feels like you're on your own to determine what the issues your facung are

There was something off with both the office, doctor and my whole experience with her. It just did not feel right from start to the end.
Firstly, the office was weird, I was moved from one room to another for blood tests etc and two of the rooms looked more like storage areas than doctor's office.
Secondly, she asked how I found her as if I was in the wrong place and she should not be even seeing me.
Lastly, the test results which she promised in a few days took several calls from my side to receive.
All in all, I got a feeling that there was something very odd about the whole place and the service. WIll not go back and do not recommend to anyone.

Dr. Onukogu was nice, but for my consultation for anxiety, she just referred me to a therapist (I already had one). Regarding my constant cough, she didn't say much about that. Wait time was very long.

Usually I am very satisfied with Dr. Onukogu's services but now I think I will be moving on to a different provider. This time when I came to see her, I had 2 issues- I needed a letter for school, and I had a recurring infection. I was 5 min. early for my appointment but ended up waiting 45+ minutes before I was taken back to see her. And then there was another 10-15 minutes of vital taking, waiting,, waiting and then the Dr! When I did see her, I explained what I needed, she took tons of notes, I said I needed it by Z and she said she could do it by at the latest X (several days earlier). Instead, I had to follow up multiple times to receive it on Z. And it arrived after the office closed. For a letter that took so much effort, it was in total 2-3 sentences long which in the end ensured that I did not receive all of the accommodations I needed.

It was okay. The wait was a little longer than expected considering I was the first one in the office, but she explained it by saying she had to be in the emergency room earlier so I understood. She was nice and helped me with the concerns I had. I didn't feel uncomfortable about anything at all.

Would not recommend. Next to no exam. Waste of time....and their scale was wrong! I checked later that day at my fitness center (which is regularly calibrated) and this office's scale was off by 8 pounds. Way to make a patient feel good.... lol

The service from the doctor, resident, and receptionist were good. However, twice I received a bill from the office that should have been covered by my insurance. When I contacted my insurance to see why it wasn't covered, they informed me the office had never even put in a claim. I had to go back and forth the office and my insurance to get it solved, and for the quality it really was not worth the hassle.
