When you are there, the office staff is polite. If you call or text (they a number for it), they are terrible. Every medication he prescribed to me had issues and the insurance company kept telling me it was because they were not sending in the required information. The office staff would ignore me for weeks and not get back to me when i asked them to get back to the insurance company. He will send you for every test he can think off and not notify you if the insurance company declines to cover the test! He has no interest or care in his patients and is very judgmental and rude.
