Dr. Adam Friedman and all the other staff I contacted in my dermatology appointment was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Friedman was able to establish a diagnosis quickly and in a reassuring manner.
When I was contacted by the specialty pharmacy and went to my local pharmacy to pay and get my medication, I was sorry to find out Dr. Friedman prescribed medication that isn't covered by my insurance. I would have appreciated an affordable alternative or at least a warning about what to expect. Seeing the pharmacy bill was very shocking.

Dr. Friedman is, by far, the best doctor I've had in a very long time. He is patient, caring, kind and really funny! :) I'm truly blessed to have a doctor like him!

I drive an hour to see Dr. Friedman and it often takes several months to get an appointment with him, but he has been very helpful where other dermatologists have not. It is worth the wait and the drive to see him.

The wait time was more than an hour. Unfortunately, my general complaint as a new patient with hair loss issues was that I felt that going to a specialist I thought more testing, thought and introspection into my case would be done. But that was not the case. I was given a very cursory glance and then several prescriptions and a diagnosis based on my "description" of symptoms, some of which I am not sure how one would confirm without blood testing. But I left with more doubt and little confidence with a plan to check in again after three months. It took me over 3 months just to get the first appointment. Not happy and will be seeking second medical insight into my case.

First visit to Dr. Friedman 's office. I was very impressed with the friendly and professional staff.
I was promptly escorted by Dr Friedman's assistant to the examination room where He interviewed me.
Then Dr. Friedman appeared and introduced himself to me and my spouse. He listened carefully to my complaints and asked all the relevant questions to form his intial impression of my condition. Then he physically examined me with great attention to my obvious and not so obvious symptoms.
He discussed with me his impressions of my condition and his recommendation for a course of treatment.
He answered my questions fully and addressed my concerns satisfactorily.
Overall it is my opinion that Dr Adam Friedman is a highly skilled physician that treats his patients with kindness, respect and great concern for their health.

The doctor is a ball of energy. This was a followup visit and I have been very pleased with the results of treatment for my condition. He saw me quickly, answered my questions and sent me off. Welcome to modern medicine. For those folks with busy schedules that is wonderful. For those of us who are getting a little slower, it felt like being on a fast moving train. Would I choose him as my doctor again? Absolutely! He is a very good doctor so the speed is worth getting used to.

Dr. Friedman appears to have hit the spot in diagnosis AND treatment, something three previous doctors have been unable to do.

Good Doctor, attentive, well informed and up on the latest trends, diagnostics and treatment. Couldn't be happier. More importantly you feel you're in good hands even if things are not trivial.

It was a bit of a wait time, but the Dr. Friedman's bedside manner and attention to me as a patient made the wait worth it. The staff was very helpful and very clear about the procedure I needed to have. Though it took a while for the doctor to see me, things moved quickly after that. I got all my questions answered and will feel very comfortable returning.

Very impressed w/ the friendliness of the staff and Dr. Friedman. Dr. Friedman took the time to talk to me and address all my questions while providing detailed and educational responses. Would have preferred to wait in waiting room vs. in exam room, in a gown
