The doctor and the xray tech were excellent, treated me very well and were able to do everything right in the office.
Quick and sure diagnosis. That's all we've done so far. We'll see how things go from here on...
Very thorough, exceptionallly pleasant demeanor.

His office staff is nice, professional & friendly. The office and treatment areas are modern and nice. The doctor was very good, listened to me, explained things and offered a treatment right away-that helped.

Very nice and honest. For me the best option is probably physical therapy. He said an MRI probably wouldn't show anything and is expensive when what it might show would still lead him to tell me to do physical therapy. I appreciate that he's cost conscious, but also might need to be done if I'm still not feeling better after PT.
Very satisfactory for a first appointment.

very helpful
Office staff is friendly and helpful. My knees are getting better and each time I go Dr Harder is willing to take the next step so that my pain will decrease and my ability to walk gets better. I am pleased that he always has a "next step" plan even though he knows I'm doing my part with physical therapy and exercise. He is willing to try all the strategies in his medical book and that makes me very happy.
