I had to use an outside link/portal from ZocDoc & that was so confusing & frustrating having to set up a new account for a doctor Ive never seen, on a system I’ve never used nor did I see the doctor face to face on the Telehealth you must use to see the providers. My appointment was for 10:30am I jumped on the screen/waiting room to see this guy and I was early(10:25am which I was told to do!)Waited for a doc to show up & he did not so at 10:40am I hoped off the screen to call his office, which nobody answered & no voicemail available? Weird & unprofessional..I jumped back on the screen appointment at 10:45am & still a no show. I waited until 11:00am and left-Seeing how he obviously was not coming. And NOBODY HAS CALLED OR EMAILED ME since and it’s not 2:35pm the same day. Needless to say, I will not be going back or choosing this position again. I warn anybody who does to make sure everything is in order and then you talk to somebody from the office to make sure everything is in order
