He has always had a passion for helping others achieve health success-whether that's losing a few pounds, reversing their diabetes, or developing a more positive relationship with food. Practicing in New York, he had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds. While his role was to educate and support his clients, he found that he also learned a great deal from them. It is that exchange of cultures through food that he enjoys most about nutrition.
