I arrived at 11 a.m. I filled out the paperwork and waited till 1:00 p.m for the receptionist to tell me that my insurance systems were down. I had to reschedule and then they called me back telling me that the doctor was not going to be at the time they rescheduled me. I am patient but it wasn't a pleasant experience nor do they work efficiently.
