Nurse Clemente asked really great questions that helped make sure I wasn't leaving anything out of my symptom list, include things I didn't realize could be related. Some lab work was ordered, but my appointment ended at 5pm when the lab in the building closed. The front desk looked up the closing hours of all in-network labs in the area and sent my lab requests to one that closed at 7 so I could get everything done that day.
