When I arrived, I was told that ZocDoc had double booked me with another client and the staff were very frazzled. I hadn’t been contacted by the office, so I didn’t know I should have been fasting for this appointment, and was told I’d need to come back tomorrow for bloodwork. I waited for 45 minutes until I someone put me in a room.
The nurse was kind, but obviously overworked. She was working the front desk and taking care of patients. She left documents out in the exam room that listed all the the day’s clients, their dates of birth, and their complaints. Later, she left the door open wide while I was sitting there in a paper gown.
When the doctor saw me, he had to double check that I had no allergies. This is not the case. The nurse had neglected to document my three major medical allergies. He was a little brusque, and I had to remind him what I was there to talk to him about.
Later, they sent me prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy.

It was quick. Came in the nurse took my heaught and weight then took some blood work. Then shorty after doctor came checked my ears and mouth . He printed out information so that I can understand his diagnostic . Then I was out .
