My experience with the doctors was excellent. They were very thorough and listen to what I had to say. They did not form their opinion without consulting me. I love the Dr very much and I’m looking forward to seeing them again.

First visit: doctor was unavailable due to a personal emergency. I was seen by a med student & a different doctor whose name I did not get. Both were kind, but had few answers for my issues.
Follow-up: arrived on time to locked doors. There is a call button at the entrance that did nothing. The phone number provided by the automated confirmation system (and on their website) is not in service. I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes before giving up and leaving.
Pros: Nice office, friendly staff
Cons: Dreadful communication/phone number out of service, unreliable with fulfilling appointments
If you’re looking for a Primary Care Physician, stick with WebMD over Aviator.

I went to the location listed, and on the door, there was a note that said "closed until further notice." I tried to call, but there was no answer. I left a message, but I received no response. I was really disappointed and annoyed that I went up there and wasted my time when there was no one there and no notification about them being closed.

My pharmacy wasn't able to get a response for my refills. I emailed them and left two phone messages for them but no response so I made an appointment and went to there office and there out of business. They sent me a confirmation text yesterday for my appointment.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. My wife and I both had scheduled appointments, but when we arrived, the office was unexpectedly closed. There was only a quickly handwritten sign on the door that said, “closed until further notice.” We received no phone call, text, or email to inform us of the cancellation.
The lack of communication alone was unacceptable, but the condition of the office added to our concerns. The exterior was dirty, and from what we could see inside, it did not appear clean or well-maintained.
This level of disregard for patient time and trust is unacceptable. We will not be returning and do not recommend this provider to others.
