I woke up 30min after my appt. and I was the last patient but they waited a whole hour for me to get there, despite me getting lost several times. I had a different internist, I think her name was Stephanie, do my ultrasound and she was very pleasant. It was a fast process overall.

Staff was extremely rude, doctor was not helpful. They were very disrespectful and even turned the lights off on me when in waiting room just because I had a late appointment. They didn’t seem to care for me at all or be very attentive.

I was not pleased with waiting about 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 45 in the actual room. I get doctors are busy and the doctor was very nice and I didn't feel rushed when she saw my wife but fix the waiting issue. I joked with my wife that I was going to tell the doctor to wait in the corner for 45 minutes while I got ready to see her, you waste my time why should I not be able to waste yours?

Dr. Ahmed was nice and listened to my concerns. My disappointment was with the administration. Since this was an appointment booked during the weekend they reschedule to 12:30PM. However, I waited until 4:30pm to be seeing by the doctor. Also, one of the reasons why we chose this doctor is due to the profile stating it was Spanish speaking however the staff advised me that there was no one available that could translate.
After we made a formal complaint they send a Spanish translator and the nurse advised that the file was misplaced. Needles to say they had me on the waiting room due to lack of organization. I chose to go back only because of the doctor being knowledgable and showing sincere concern. However if this happens a second time I will be looking for a different doctor.

Wasn't professional, felt very uncomfortable. I came in for a sinus infection and she ignored that and was just focused on my heart. She was convinced there could be a hole and gave me anti-biotics for a week. I don't think thats going to take care of this infection!! My Face is swollen and she didn't do anything but try to secure another office visit from me. But no thanks. Don't think i'll be going back.

I had a late appointment and they basically shut all the lights off while I was still in the exam room.

Great Dr. very detail oriented didn't treat patient as a number.. The wait was a bit long but was due to issues in her other office which was explained... She treated me as an individual and not as a number which is difficult to find in a doctor.
