The doctor was very nice, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, understandable. The receptionist was also nice and also the medical assistant was very very nice. Everything was great. Except one incident. I had to take urine sample. So after I took the sample I went to the office and asked where should I keep it? There was a white man with blue uniform. He replied to me in a rude voice shake it well and take it to your home. I was shocked and speechless and scared. I was feeling so embarrassed. I don’t know if he is a doctor or medical assistant. But how dare he can talk to me like this. How can he talk like this to a patient? I don’t even know him. We are not friends that you can like this. This is ridiculous and not acceptable at all. I have visited All care this location several times. It never happened to me. This is first time. I’m super annoyed and upset. I’ll complain about him.

Dr. Bui was really great at listening and took thorough notes. The wait times were a bit longer - about 15 minutes for my appointment and then about the same to wait for bloodwork but overall it was a good experience.

She is very attentive and responsive trying to find solutions to feeling better sooner than later. So grateful she is available and makes a patient feel heard. ??. Being new the area and having to find treatment is always stressful enough but All care has got a great Dr on staff.

I went to Dr. Bui for headaches and she was so great! Very polite, very thorough with determining the causes, and when I asked her to check out a bug bite, she was super helpful with that. Seemed to actually care about my health and not just trying to get me in and out of the room as quickly as possible. Overall I definitely would go back and the overall office experience was the most pleasant I've had. The wait time was 10 seconds and everyone in the office is extremely kind and helpful! 10/10 would recommend!
