Dr. Rao himself was very nice, but the visit overall was a huge hassle. I waited an hour and a half at least for a 10 minute appointment. Apparently the wait was due to the nurse who prepares the patients for Dr. Rao's examination. Ironically, she said she had scheduled a medical appointment of her own that ran late. Did not make my wait time any less annoying or inconvenient.

I was a first time visitor, recommended by my primary care physician. This visit was to be a consultation. The office did not have ANY of my previous tests, although the appointment was made with enough time to obtain them. Appointment ended with Dr. Rao stating he would call my primary and obtain records and would call me back once he viewed them. I still had to answer the same questions that were submitted on Zocdoc. Four hours of my day wasted! Young lady that answers phone needs to develop people skills. beautiful building, horrible location.

Three stars because Dr. Rao was very nice and had gentle bedside manner which is nice for someone like me who has severe anxiety. However, after the nurse loaded me into the room on time (10:00am) I waited in the exam room until around 10:50am to be seen. I felt the appointment was a little rushed because of that. It also took over 3 weeks and several calls to the office requesting a callback about my lab results (after I already accessed them through the lab's patient portal and reviewed them myself). Dr. Rao was not concerned about my results but I was/am still experiencing symptoms. I recently got a second opinion and now I am receiving the treatment I need...
