Excellent! Since the required documents for the appointment were completed online and staff had all the documents printed and ready for my signature it only took minutes versus thirty minutes to an hour which I am use to so I could meet with the Doctor & complete my exam.

I was very impressed with the Doctor and the Office staff. I went in with low expectations, mainly due to "popular wisdom" being that doctors who accept tricare/champus are somehow not up to snuff, but Dr. Shakhashiro made me feel comfortable, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and answered every question I had, and I had quite a few. I will not listen to popular wisdom in the future and I highly recommend this Doctor to all.

I was very disapointed by my visit with DR Shakhashiro because I came for two simple requests and he didn't do a great job for both of them.
I wanted some recommandations before a travel in equator and he wasn't able to tell me immediately, so I had to come back a second time to get 3 sheets of paper that he printed out from internet. My second request was about a specific blood analysis, but he added many more tests without consulting me, so I add to pay the lab addidtionnal $600. Moreover he didn't reviewed the tests results with me, but asked his assistant to call me to give me the results without any advice even if the results was bad.

Dr. Shakhashiro has been my PCP for over 6 years & is an excellent doctor! He always takes his time to listen to me, he is thorough & professional. His practice is very stable & reliable. The front office has always remained the same friendly & helpful staff since I became a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Shakhashiro!

Parking is in short supply but once you get in the office the wait isn't bad. The doctor saw me quickly, addrrssed my issue and had me back on my way qucikly with a follow up for a few months from now.
