I was coughing for 3 weeks and couldn’t find solution to cure it after trying numerous non prescription medicines. Dr. Alan Levin was able to identify my issue and gave me the right medication that I needed. He is fun and very honor person too, strongly recommended, 5 stars no doubt

This is a small practice, one doctor one assistant. We try our best to take individualized care of individuals. We get to know our patients personally.
I am on staff at two local hospitals and am in a coverage group that makes rounds. I therefore see all of my patients when admitted to the hospital.
The office does not accept credit or debt cards. Also, we do not accept checks from new patients. Please bring cash to your first appointment. (There's an ATM in the strip-center across the street from the office.)
ALSO, we do not write prescriptions for controlled substances (Pain medicine, Adderal..) for new patients. If you need one of these, we cannot help you.

I went in for an annual physical, when I got there I was told that I was unable to pay my copay with a debit card and they only accept cash or checks, so I went to the ATM across the building to take out cash, I come back and was seen right away (the only good thing about this appointment). Dr. Levin made the visit so awkward and uncomfortable the whole time he made it seem like it was unnecessary for a 25 yr old girl to go to the dr to get a physical, he must've said about 10 times "there is not much we can do for a 25 yr old girl) then threw in insulting "jokes" about my job and children saying " its hard work for something you volunteered for" talking about my decision to have be married with 2 kids at 25 as if I went there for counseling or advice. Needless to say this appointment was a complete waste of time and I will not be back.

Outstanding visit. Both the doctor and his nurse came across as warm, caring, very experienced health professionals. I got both their full attention and there was no hint of the "overbooking" you see in other doctors' offices.
I went with the intention of going one time only (it's 25 minute drive from my house, and I only made it because of a scheduling screwup from a different booking), but I will be definitely be back.

Dr. Levin and his receptionist/assistant were very welcoming. As a new patient, I was set at ease immediately upon arrival. All aspects of his practice was presented in a very personable and professional manner.

I showed up late and was had to leave to get money out of an ATM because I was short for my copay, and the receptionist was so sweet and so patient. Even with me being late they still got me in at a good time. I probably waited maybe 10 minutes, maybe even less. I'm huge on customer service and I was treated with much respect and kindness. This is a very friendly place and Dr. Levin is extremely informative and was very helpful! I would definitely go back here again and highly reccommend this office!
