Rudest office staff I've ever experienced. They called me the day of my appointment and left a message telling me that I would either have to reschedule or come earlier. I returned their call and informed them that I was not able to reschedule for earlier that day as I was coming directly from work. They replied that they had checked with the doctor and it was ok for me to come at the original time after all. After driving 30+ minutes in work traffic, I arrived at the office. They were not at all welcoming or friendly. Instead they informed me that they had left me a message and I would have to reschedule. Again?! I asked them if this was a second message because the last time I talked with them, they told me to come at 4:45. They just looked st me and said curtly, "The doctor can go ahead and see you" like it was a huge imposition. I can't keep checking my messages at work and it is unprofessional for a doctor's office to try to change your appointment on the same day and again, at the time of your arrival. The assistant who then took my blood pressure acted like I was an inconvenience and couldn't wait to be done for the day. I suffer from anxiety and depression. This was a HORRIBLE experience with the office staff and did nothing but make me feel more depressed. I don't know if I would recommend this doctor because of his office staff.

I think Dr. MacGill is a very nice doctor but do not feel like he listened to me during our visit. I went to him for a problem on my toenail and all he could do was focus on an ingrown toenail (which I explicitly said I didn't want to address at that time). I felt like I kept having to redirect his attention to my issue that I came in there for. I walked away frustrated and feeling like I wasted my copay.
