“Pictures can be deceiving. From the outside it looked nice, but the inside could use some cleaning. Not trying to be rude, but the waiting offices was a little dirty, but the staff was very nice and answered every question that I needed answered. They do accept children that are not vaccinated, but the doctors will push to get your child vaccinated. They actually sell medication’s and supplements in the office for low prices, which is very convenient. It may not be the best office, but the people are top-tier. ?”

I absolutely love Dr. Burns. I recently relocated to Georgia from another state and was looking for a new pediatrician. There was a slight miscommunication with the scheduling staff, but my child was still seen, and I was greatly appreciative.

My only issue with this practice is the owner (not Dr.Burns) doesn’t have pampers,wipes.etc for the infant patients. That’s not good at all.

Efficient, friendly service. Perfect for what my family needs. This was my first time experiencing a provider who can both care for my children’s primary care needs as well as their allergies. The wait time was so quick I had not even finished the intake paperwork. I really appreciate people who value their time and mine. Thank you all so much for meeting our needs. This was the best experience I’ve had at any doctors’ office.

Dr. Burns was professional in attending my kids. My only comment are, First to the staff that handles small kids that are afraid of needles. They should be train on how to hold or secure the patient professionally during the injection. Because toddlers mostly get scared of needles and be all over the place during the injection. And lastly, the staff from the front office and the inside office should always have a communication prior the patient check out, especially if they have follow up. Not asking the patient/guardian what have been told by the doctor. I just want to thank also the nurse that inject my older child, she is professional in handling patient. She instruct me as a Parent where to hold my daughter incase she will move,she secured my child knees properly, relaxed hand in injecting and saying words that would calm and ensure my child will goin to be fine.Also, the other nurse that inject my 3 yr old, though she had hard time, but I can see she's making sure to calm my kid.

She was very kind. She spoke to me very clearly about what was going on and about what I was getting myself into. It was quick and efficient.
